“I just want to say a quick thanks for the job we have just had done by you. We have extended the wheelbase to a new Freightliner Coronado and had to go from a single piece driveshaft to a two piece. Despite being 700kms away and doing everything over the phone, you managed to make it an easy process and delivered a perfect fitting driveshaft in no time."
“After completing sea trials our senior skipper for this vessel has delightfully reported that he’s never ever felt her run so smooth and quiet!! We are totally rapt with the outcome and applaud Beattys’ design and manufacturing team on their thorough, systematic approach to this project complemented by quality componentry and workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Beattys Driveline Technologies for your marine driveline requirements and look forward to working with them on many more future projects”
“Great service, recommend to anyone. Turnaround time second to none. Friendly team. Have gone out of their way many times for us at short notice”
“Special mention must go to the assistance we receive from the design staff & their knowledge when setting up difficult projects…also the manufacturing division for supplying OEM (or better than) quality products”
“Beattys for us in one word is reliability. We can trust the product. As a 24/7 operation we can’t afford anything less”
The steam powered yacht named SY Ena was designed and built in 1902 and was originally designed as a pleasure craft. However during World War I it served as a patrol vessel around the Sydney harbour. After sinking in the early 1980s, the yacht was re-floated and restored.
“We were having nagging, complex issues trying to correct and resolve vibration problems on a modified 1961 Chevrolet Impala driveshaft. After several repair and balancing attempts the problem only seemed to get worse. In determination to overcome this challenge we got in touch with the technical team at Beattys. They were keen to help and got on the case straight away, talking me through the various stages and areas to check in a very concise, professional manner. After following these instructions and running up the shaft I was thrilled and relieved to find that no further vibrations could be detected across the full rev range – just the result we were hoping for!”
